Alizeh Agnihotri to make her Bollywood debut?
Salman Khan’s niece Alizeh Agnihotri will reportedly make her Bollywood debut with Avnish Barjatya’s yet-to-be-titled film. Avnish is filmmaker Sooraj Barjatya’s son and the film will mark his directorial debut. Reports also say that Sunny Deol’s younger son, Rajvir, will be playing the lead role in the film. However, an official announcement is awaited.
ALIZEH AGNIHOTRI’S BOLLYWOOD DEBUT
If reports are to be believed, the film will cast several young actors and Rajvir will be playing the leading role. The film is reported to be a rom-com, and will be based on the lines of Ayan Mukerji’s Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead role.
In an interview in 2019, Alizeh’s father, Atul Agnihotri was asked about his daughter’s Bollywood debut. He had said, “It is too early to talk about it. My only desire as a father is that she should be prepared, give her best and have fun doing the film. My children have seen their family in the film business so they have seen our ups and downs so they know what the package is all about, they know the dynamics. I hope they encash that.”
WHO IS ALIZEH AGNIHOTRI?
Alizeh Agnihotri is the daughter of Atul Agnihotri and Alvira Khan and is also the eldest grandchild in the Khan family. She is often spotted at events with her uncle, Salman. Reports of her Bollywood debut have floated several times but an official confirmation is awaited.
In 2019, it was reported that Alizeh will make her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan’s Dabanng 3. Her father, Atul Agnihotri, had cleared the air in an interview back then and said, “That’s not true at all because she is not the right casting and that was never in consideration. I read in the newspaper but it is not true. If you say something you are in trouble and if you don’t say anything still you are in trouble; it’s a very tricky place. I told her to just let it pass but the fact that people are talking that’s a blessing.”
